These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access to the service.

3. CONTRACT
When you place an order with PINLY GARMENT online store, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved or we will debited your credit or debit card.
4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Meanwhile we try and ensure that all details and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, processing errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have paid for the goods, we will fully refund.
The prices on the our online store website are exclude delivery charges, delivery costs will be charged based on states. West Malaysia (RM8 per postage, If you order up to RM80.00, there will be no charges for delivery cost) ; East Malaysia (RM12 onwards based on parcels weight) ; such additional charges are clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the 'Total Cost'.
We reserve the right to correct and update information at any time without prior notice for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and also reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation or out-of-date information for the pricing, shipping and also payment terms.
5. PRODUCTS
We do not warrant that our product descriptions on our web page or other content of PINLY GARMENT Service are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a product offered by PINLY GARMENT is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. However, not all product can be returned under our standard policy procedures. Some items are not eligible for return for refund or exchange unless defective. Return products have to be in new and original condition, original product packaging attached with it's original price tags and labels.
